Payment and Security
Bellarive accepts the following payment methods:
- Online payment via the website
- POS payment — available with your chauffeur on the day of travel
Cash and bank transfer are not accepted.
Payments made online are processed securely through HyperPay. Bellarive does not store your full card details. All payment processing meets applicable security standards. For more information on HyperPay’s privacy practices please visit hyperpay.com.
Booking and Cancellation
Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through bellarive.sa are automatically confirmed. You will receive an immediate confirmation notification followed by a notification once your chauffeur has been assigned.
Cancellation Policy
- Airport Transfers and Hourly Bookings — Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
- Hourly Bookings — A minimum booking duration of 3 hours applies. There is no maximum duration.
- One Way Transfers — Cancellations made before 12 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 hours are non-refundable.
- No Show — If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup location and have not cancelled your booking this will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Waiting Time
For standard bookings the first 15 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. For airport transfers the first 30 minutes of waiting time are complimentary.
Communication
When you contact us by email, phone or through our website contact form your information will be used solely to respond to your enquiry and improve our service. We will not use your contact details for marketing purposes without your consent.
Data Retention
Booking records and customer data are retained indefinitely as part of our commitment to maintaining a complete and accurate service history. This allows us to provide consistent and personalised service to our customers over time. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@bellarive.sa and we will action your request in accordance with applicable law.
